The Challenge

In 2020, Mazars, a leading international audit, tax, and advisory firm, partnered with Ted Moudis Associates to design their new headquarters in New York City. They were in search of Height Adjustable Benching, Private Office Desking & Casegoods, and Partition Walls with a clean aesthetic. The client team requested millwork, architectural detail, and biophilic planters to be integrated into the solutions while maintaining their strict budget. Mazars wanted to work with one manufacturer that could put forth a quality product for each ask.

The Innovant Solution

Innovant’s budget-friendly REX Benching was put forth for the workstations and a value-engineered configuration of our PRIVATE_office line was offered for the offices. With matching details in hardware, lifting columns, storage, and edge profiles, the two products complemented each other aesthetically, while exceeding performance criteria within the budget constraints of the project. Innovant’s advanced cable management and technology integrated into both private office and benching made Innovant stand out to the client’s IT team.

The Result

Innovant was the only manufacturer who could offer walls and furniture under one roof. The client team was impressed with Innovant’s ability to integrate the biophilic planters while offering Mazars a bundled savings for awarding all furniture as well as partitions to Innovant. The quality of the product was undeniable, and the client now has an office with a clean and consistent aesthetic.
