The Team
A successful custom project starts with having the right people at the table throughout the process. INNstudio delivers the same core team to each project, and includes leaders from ownership, design, engineering and fabrication. This provides complete transparency and collaboration throughout our organization and enables real time value engineering to control costs and lead time.
The Process
Even when detailed product concepts are given to us by a design team, we still audit our clients to get a full understanding of their culture, aesthetic sensitivities, and performance goals. From there we generate digital interactive mock-ups for our clients to manipulate and fully understand the direction the designs are heading. Prior to prototype production, comprehensive engineering drawings are created and a materials presentation is reviewed with the client. Prototype production takes between 3 and 6 weeks, and clients are welcome to visit the preliminary assembly at our manufacturing facility in New York. INNstudio even creates custom product catalogs for every client, enabling easy ordering for future expansion.
Testing & Performance Guarantee
All tailored and custom furniture elements provided by Innovant go through a rigorous testing and certification (if required) process and carry the same warranty (minimum 10 years) as all of our standard products. Innovant provides comprehensive drawings in 2D and 3D as well as photo realistic renderings prior to prototype to ensure the greatest possible accuracy. Pre-production finished mock ups are also provided for client team sign off.
