In 2018, A Confidential Multinational Firm embarked on relocating its Connecticut headquarters to NYC with the goal of transferring its staff to an entirely agile, unassigned workplace with adherence to their budget.

Particular emphasis was placed on furniture design, layout and aesthetics to help the employees transition to this new style of work.

After shortlisting Teknion, Steelcase and Innovant in 2019, the Confidential Multinational Firm’s facilities team and design partners Orbit Design Studio and Schrimmer Design Group selected Innovant’s REX Benching and FORm_AV Huddle Tables for their superior technology and cable accommodation, lightweight and clean aesthetic, and adherence to budget.

The Confidential Multinational Firm also selected JEB partitions from Innovant for both office walls and movable partitions.
